My purchase was unsuccessful, how do I check to know that my purchase went through?

 

If your purchase was unsuccessful or is not going through, you may want to consider taking the following steps:

  • If the purchase is taking particularly long, the Polygon Network may be congested with other transactions. You may want to consider raising your gas limit so that it is higher than the current standard gas limit. To check what the current standard gas limit is, you can head over to this site.
  • The purchase may take some time to process. Refresh the page occasionally to check that the owner has been updated to your name and/or wallet ID.
  • You can also check for a successful purchase under the “Events” section of the NFT page. The section gets updated every few hours so it may take some time to show the successful purchase event of the NFT.
  • You may have insufficient funds in your wallet. In this case, please refer to the “How do I fund my wallet with Polygon MATIC?” or “How do I fund my wallet with wrapped ETH (WETH)?” sections.
